Equipment Sales and Liquidation

AuctionTime Process Options

We charge a percentage of the auction value at the time of sale and take our fee out of the proceeds.  We provide a bill of sale, receive payment, pay off any associated notes, manage the transfer of title, state and export documentation, shipping coordination, and other equipment related transfer issues.  The fee charge depends on the type of equipment and is disclosed in our listing agreement with you.

AuctionTime Auctions provide assets for sale to a worldwide audience.  We like to publish items to get at least one week, but prefer two weeks in print to ensure we expose items for sale to all audiences. The exposure from AuctionTime’s media go well beyond what we have with other publishing sites.  We will publish all items to at lease four additional sites in addition to AuctionTime for the greatest exposure.

Auction – No Reserve

This is the preferred method of selling equipment as it interests more buyers with a $0 starting price.

Auction – With Reserve

An auction with a reserve is where the opening bid is the reserve price. There are several draw backs to this.It limits the amount of activity across all auction items and there is an auction fee charged even if the item does not sell because a value was put on the item. Following is a schedule of AuctionTime fees. If you choose to go with a reserve, we only ask that you pay the auction fee and we will relist for another auction.
